Wuyuan is a county of dispersed villages, not one old town. The useful plan separates commercial, high-view Huangling from quieter architectural villages and accepts that rural transport determines how much fits.

Wuyuan Railway Station is the gateway, while villages sit on separate roads. Tourist buses, hired cars and ride-hailing have different return reliability; confirm the final service before leaving each village.

Rapeseed blossom and autumn drying displays bring sharp peaks in demand, but exact dates depend on weather and farming. Rain improves atmosphere while making stone lanes slippery.
